What are the festival hours?
Gates open at 11am and close at 11pm. Last call for alcohol is 10:30pm.

There are street parking spots and lots located throughout the Downtown Chandler area including a lot in front of the city building and a dirt lot at the north end of the Dr. AJ Chandler Park (east).
How much does it cost to park?
Parking is FREE.

Do I have to show my I.D. to purchase beer or liquor?
Picture I.D. is required to purchase or consume alcohol. Your I.D. will be checked upon entrance into the event and could be checked randomly as asked throughout the event. Guests 21+ years of age and older will be issued a wristband allowing alcohol purchase.
Do the food vendors accept debit or credit cards?
Vendors MAY accept debit/credit except for alcohol vendors who will only accept tickets. Tickets must be purchased with cash.
Are children allowed?
ShamRockFest is an all ages event. Children 12 and under will not need a ticket. Already purchased a ticket for your child under 12? Please have your order number ready and contact MissionTix. - Recording Devices: camera with detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial rigs, drones, laser pointers, video cameras (no video recording will be allowed), No audio recording of any kind, selfie sticks or instruments
- Illegal substances, spray paint
- Picnic baskets, lawn furniture, tents of any kind
- Pets with the exception of service animals
- No illegal vending (no unauthorized vendors are allowed)
Will there be ATM machines?
Yes, there will be ATM machines located near the north and south entrances.
Can I exit and re-enter?
In general re-entry is not allowed; however, if you must leave and wish to return, you must speak to a supervisor onsite BEFORE leaving to have your ticket scanned.
Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals are permitted.
Where is the lost and found (including children) located?
Lost and found is located at the information both located by the main entrance and ticket booth.
Will there be emergency assistance available onsite?
The Chandler Police Department will be located at the main entrance and ticket booth to ensure your safety. Call 911 for any medical emergencies during the event.

How will I receive my ticket?
Once your payment has been made, MissionTix will send you an email with your electronic ticket and receipt. If you lose your ticket, just email email@example.com with your name and order number and they will hook you up.
What if I can't print out my ticket?
If you are the ticket buyer, MissionTix system will allow us to allow you entry with your photo ID
How does my VIP ticket work?
Your VIP lanyards will be available for pick up at the VIP check in tent located at the front of the festival entrance on the day of the festival 11am-10pm. Your ShamRockFest VIP ticket includes access to the exclusive VIP area, located right next to the stage. 6 Drink Tickets and 1 pass through the Murphys Law Food Booth (VIP drink tickets and food ticket may only be redeemed in the VIP area, additional drink tickets may be purchased and used at any GA bar and additional food may be purchased with cash at the Murphys Law food booth or food trucks) Your VIP ticket also includes private restrooms, seating, and misters to keep you cool. You are welcome to come and go from the VIP area as often as you please so you may enjoy the entire festival grounds.
Where is the box office located?
The event box office will be located at the main entrance of the festival.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, there are no refunds.
What is your inclement weather policy?
This is a rain or shine event.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and memorable experience for all event guests. In order to do so, a strict code of conduct has been created and all event participants and patrons are expected follow these rules.
Guests will show respect for the event location, grounds, coordinators, vendors, sponsors and participants by leaving the following items at home:
-Firearms, fireworks, knives or other weapons or explosives
-Coolers and outside food or beverage
-Bicycles, skateboards, skates, rollerblades or motorized vehicles of any kind
-Recording Devices: camera with detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial rigs, drones, laser pointers, video cameras (no video recording will be allowed), No audio recording of any kind, selfie sticks or instruments
-Illegal substances, spray paint

-No illegal vending (no unauthorized vendors are allowed)
The following actions will result in immediate ejection of festival grounds:
-Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.
-Possession or use of illegal drugs or excessive and irresponsible use of alcohol.
-Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.
-Taunting, abusive or disruptive language and obscene gestures.
An individual participating in any of these behaviors will be removed from the event and passes will be revoked. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.
